OUR STORY

BUILT ON
PRECISION

Lincoln holds an M.Architecture from Samford University and sits at the intersection of architectural training and development-side thinking. His portfolio spans mixed-use, commercial, residential, and light industrial projects across multiple municipalities.

Lincoln uses a suite of industry leading software tools to create studies that are accurate, fast, and a fraction of traditional A&E fees. Not a design proposal, but a data product built around the essentials: zoning, massing, numbers and quantities.

"A right-sized study at the right stage. Before the meter starts running."

CLIENT RESULT

"After getting to a best and final round for purchasing a great development site, it was important that we had confidence in our pro forma. Lincoln Site Plan Feasibility gave us a great site plan that helped us realize a few extra thousand SF that we could build, giving us confidence to place a winning offer for what has turned out to be a great project. Lincoln Site Plan Feasibility was quick with his responses and thoughtfully explained his plans. We will use Lincoln Site Plan Feasibility for all of our future due diligence and I recommend you do as well."

CLIENT RESULT

"When developing an early stage pro forma, knowing your actual leasable square footage, within a tight range, not a 10-15% WAG, is critical. Don’t guess. Zero in quickly. That’s why as a developer I appreciate the precision of Lincoln Site Plan Feasibility."

THE ALTERNATIVES

WHY NOT THE OTHER GUYS

Why not hire an architect or civil engineer?

You will, eventually. But they answer feasibility questions as a part of a much bigger buy-in. Get the go/no go answer in a few days, not months.

THAT'S WHERE THIS COMES IN

Why not use a traditional real estate feasibility company?

They'll give you a market report. They won't tell you what you can physically build on the lot. There's no site plan, no massing, no geometry.

THAT'S WHERE THIS COMES IN
QUESTIONS

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

A few things, if you have them:

  1. Parcel address, APN, or a CAD/survey file if you have one.
  2. Target program: desired unit count or building type, product mix (e.g., multifamily, mixed-use, industrial), and parking expectations.
  3. Any known site constraints you're already aware of (easements, existing structures, environmental flags).
  4. Your target turnaround time, if faster than the 48-72 hour standard.

Note that a parcel address or APN alone is enough to start. A survey or CAD file improves accuracy but isn't required.

READY TO MOVE?

Three simple questions. That's all I need to get started.

  • 01What's the parcel address or APN?
  • 02What's your target program? (units, product type, parking)
